The starting blocks allow you to shift your weight to your shoulders & hands so when the race starts you're already up on your feet using momentum to accelerate forward.

Alliance Alpha starting block has a fixed angle which makes it a great begginers or training starting block. Great for school use as the fixed angle is quick & easy to set up & wont need adjusting. Comes with 2 grass pins to eliminate movement & 4 inbuilt synthetic track spikes.
